Role Overview: Wor k as a trusted advisor to sales leadership teams for developing Mid-Market segment and interacting with other crucial departments of the company, such as Product, Marketing and Finance, and use business insights to build GTM sales strategies and campaigns in order to build sustainable and long term growth.. A s key member of the Planet Mid-Market sales team, you will closely work with the various regional team s with a strong focus on plan ning, build ing, implement ing and manag ing initiatives, campaigns, and processes that feed sales pipeline for both hospitality and retail verticals supporting an global sales teams. What you will do Take full ownership of ad-hoc sales campaigns, while devis ing sales go-to-market process, plan timelines, launch scenarios, pricing, promotions, messaging and positioning of campaigns. Iden tify risks and opportunities with the current sales portfolio and use this intelligence to build plans and campaigns. Take a data driven approach to competitor analysis and new business intelligence, developing a detailed knowledge of the markets’ actual needs to build and align campaign s with Planet’s company goals and objectives. Trac k, analyze and report on campaigns performance metrics. Presenting outcome and future recommendations to executive level leaders. Identify risks and opportunities within product lines and sales channels and develop relevant responding plans. Develop excellent working relationships with multiple teams across the business including Sales, Business Performance, Finance, Product, Pre Sales and Marketing. Update marketing data, gather new business intelligence. Who you are Willingness to partner, collaborate and influence across functional areas ( e.g. Finance, Marketing, and Sales operations ) and support multiple business partners. Excellent problem solving, project management, interpersonal and organizational skills. Commercially minded, with a strong focus on KPIs and performances analysis and delivery. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Previous experience in paym ent industry or analogue role is essential. Previous experience in Consulting, Fint ec h,, PE or Strategy roles a big plus.
