Our client, a well-regarded high street business, is looking to find an Administration Assistant for a newly developed role within their company due to expansion. Supporting the Finance Manager and Office Manager with their daily tasks providing a professional and efficient support service to the rest of the team. You will be based in the Abingdon office; however, you would need to be able to travel to other offices in Didcot and Wallingford where needed, all travel expenses would be covered but you will need a driving licence and vehicle. Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, they are offering a salary of £24,000-£27,000 depending on the candidates experience. This will be a varied role working within a small team. The ideal person will have previous Administration Assistant experience, be well organised and able to multitask, use initiative and prioritise their work whilst enjoying working in a busy office environment and be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality Administration Assistant duties (to include but not exhaustive) Manage daily admin tasks Input orders/make payments to suppliers Coordinate maintenance of office equipment Schedule and organise tradesmen needed for work within offices Assist in project management Other general office duties to support the team.
