You will be working for one of Dorset's leading independent firms of accountants supporting the Directors to develop and deliver the firm's strategy and eventually being responsible for managing a portfolio of clients delivering the firm's services.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients delivering Ward Goodman accounts, tax, payroll and business advisory services. In addition to client service delivery, the role will also involve being focused on income targets, recoverability and the planning and co-ordinating of the commitments to clients.
Ideally, you will be ACA or ACCA part or fully qualified, possibly even AAT qualified, with previous experience in a similar role. You will need to have excellent communication skills and written skills, be proficient in IT, team-orientated and with a high level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality. Excellent time management and organisational skills are essential, along with good problem-solving ability.
