We are currently looking for a Contract Administrator to work with our Partner Speedy, based out of their office in Haydock. This is a ‘hands on’ role. You must be confident, organised, have excellent communication skills, possess a high degree of IT competence and be capable of working in a fast paced environment.
DUTIES:
1. Dealing with customer quotes and contracts
2. Deal with invoice queries and negotiating hire terms
3. Accurately record purchase orders and contracts
4. Obtaining proof of deliveries/collections and appending to contracts
5. Maintaining excellent customer relations
6. Ensure all operations are accurately entered into company software in line with company policies, systems, and procedures
7. Ensure that all tasks are carried out to a high standard and completed in a timely manner with good communications across all business areas internally and externally
8. Maximise team opportunities to increase revenues by upselling our range of products and services to customers
