We’re recruiting for a Cleaner to join our FM Team at HMP Fosse Way, a Category C resettlement prison in Leicester with the capacity to house around 1,700 prisoners.
You will be expected to clean all areas assigned to the Cleaning schedule, maintain stock levels and comply with Health & Safety (H&S) Cleaning procedures. You must hold a basic H&S qualification and have cleaning experience with ability to operate equipment such as industrial vacuum’s buffers and wet vac machines.
You will deliver on accountabilities such as:
* Ensure that various schedules are kept up to date and maintained as may be required.
* Operate machine tools safely and according to their training.
* Carry out all duties assigned to them in a safe manner, observing all statutory regulations and the local regulations.
* Maintain records of tools and report this as required.
