Role: Part time Office Administrator - 22 hours per week!
Location: Elland
Hours: Monday to Friday - 10:00am - 2:00pm - These hours are essential
Salary: £26,325 - based on a full-time equivalent
Start date: January/February
Benefits: 22 days + bank holidays, Pension Scheme, Free on-site parking, Training courses
We are looking for a part-time Office Administrator to support a lovely client of ours! This role is ideally to start as soon as possible. It is fully on-site and you must be able to work every day based on shorter days.
If you have administration experience, especially working in the following industries: Manufacturing, Engineering, and Construction - then this role could be for you!
Key Duties:
1. Answering all inbound calls and directing them to the correct person
2. Responding to emails
3. Providing customer support and handling inquiries via phone, email, and/or in person
4. Processing sales orders and sales invoices
5. Processing purchase invoices
6. Producing export documentation
7. Maintaining customer and supplier data on the CRM system
8. Any other office-related jobs as requested
Experience needed for this role:
1. Experience working as an Administrator/Sales Admin
2. High attention to detail
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
4. IT literate - Outlook, Excel, and CRM Systems
