Consents Administrator\n\nHolborn, London\n\n£26,000-£28,000 (DOE)\n\nHybrid role 2 days a week in the office\n\nAre you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about property?\n My client is seeking a Consents Administrator to join their dynamic and growing team based near Holborn. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a fast-paced property management environment, where your work makes a real difference.\n\nAs a Consents Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring property and leasehold consent processes run efficiently and professionally. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:\n\nProcessing standard applications such as subletting, pet permissions, and minor alterations.\nReviewing and coordinating complex requests (e.g.
title rectifications, major works).\nLiaising with external solicitors to prepare legal documents like Licences to Alter.\nMaintaining accurate digital and physical records.\nPreparing reports for internal stakeholders.\nSupporting wider departmental and corporate initiatives.\nEnsuring strict compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.\n The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes\n\nSolid administrative and organisational skills\nHigh attention to detail\nConfidence in managing multiple tasks and deadlines\nProperty management or legal compliance experience preferred\nLeasehold knowledge is highly desirable\nA proactive, team-first approachIn return will join a supportive, forward-thinking team where your contributions are valued.
