Customer Support Coordinator
Salary: £30k, beautiful offices, yearly bonus, great working and team environment. Hours of work will be either 0830 to 1700 or 0900 to 1730, Monday to Friday.
We are recruiting an experienced Customer Support Coordinator for a well-established SME based in Leamington Town Centre. The business has been operating for over 25 years and is a leading supplier of high-quality products to a wide variety of industries.
Customer Support Coordinator Duties:
1. Customer Service - Internal contact responsible for all customer queries and orders by phone and email.
2. Provide full support for the Sales Director including when they are on the road - pricing, previous order information, etc.
3. Manage the artwork process internally & externally with customers and suppliers.
4. Management, retrieval, and posting of artwork plates from the warehouse.
5. Logistics booking and liaison with warehouse.
6. Processing of Purchase and Sales invoices.
7. Manage the production samples and prepare/send samples as required.
8. Generate purchase orders using SAP.
9. Send out sales order acknowledgments daily.
10. Liaise with suppliers to track orders and ensure they are delivered on time.
11. Assist with customer complaints admin.
12. Liaise with suppliers for current pricing and product specification data sheets.
13. Spec new products for pricing.
14. Business development supporting activities including data analysis, calling lapsed clients, and calling new customers.
Customer Support Coordinator Requirements:
1. Experience with an ERP system for placing, tracking, and invoicing orders. SAP being ideal but other systems if not.
2. Able to work in the office full-time.
3. Previous Order Processing, Account Management, Internal Sales, or a B2B Customer Service environment that involves supplying a product to the customer from order placement through to Order Delivery and Invoicing with everything in-between.
4. (Desirable) Account Management experience including building relationships with existing customers and handling the entire account management process.
