The Role… PE Teacher
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Rolling
Timetable: Full time preferable

The PE Teacher is responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality physical education programs for students. The teacher will inspire students to develop physical fitness, healthy lifestyles, teamwork, and sportsmanship through engaging and inclusive activities. This role requires a strong commitment to fostering the physical, mental, and social well-being of students while adhering to the school's curriculum standards and promoting overall student development.
* Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate physical education lessons in alignment with the school’s curriculum.
* Promote the development of physical fitness, motor skills, teamwork, and cooperation through a variety of sports, games, and physical activities.
* Adapt lessons and activities to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with physical or learning disabilities.
* Provide instruction on sportsmanship, personal fitness, nutrition, and health-related topics.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in PE, Education, or a related field (PGCE or QTS preferred).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in teaching up to KS4.
* Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
* To attend Parents Evening and discuss pupils' academic progress and future targets.
