As an Account Manager you will work with a leading manufacturing business based in Erdington. You will be the first point of contact providing a high level of customer services to a portfolio of clients. The client base is an existing client base with complete accountability of your own customers.
You will have both phone and email contact with your customer base. Taking the clients requirements, create quotations for your customers accurately and recorded on the CRM system. This can be anything from a simple quote to a complex quotation comprising of many elements, which will include liaising with third parties.
This is a fast-paced role, and each day isn't the same, this will require strong organisation, mathematics and communication skills, there will be full training provided to support the understanding of their product range how the company operates allowing you to grow within and beyond the position.
This position is an office-based role Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be your customer point of contact from beginning to end.
* Manage the customer end to end from quotation to delivery of their product.
* Deal with inbound client enquiries via phone and email.
* Provide and follow up on accurate quotes created for the customer using set prices.
* Provide your customer with product updates during the manufacturing process.
* Work with high volume and accurate data.
* Contact third party suppliers regularly to support the quotations you will be completing.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Previous experience managing an end-to-end process with your customer base.
* Be comfortable with numeracy and have excellent usage of Excel.
* Have strong communication and organisation skills.
* Be able to work well under tight deadlines.
