I am currently supporting a fast-growing client of mine in their search for a HR Team Leader. This is a newly created role where you will work as part of a broader people team to oversee the day-to-day operation of the HR Shared Service team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of HR services to the organisation.
In this role you will take responsibility for the following:
* Leading a small team of HR Administrators, driving high performance, supporting with queries and maintaining a positive working environment
* Acting as a point of escalation for complex HR queries
* Monitoring team performance, goal-setting and providing feedback
* Overseeing day-to-day HR service delivery covering recruitment, onboarding, changes to employee records and benefits
* Continuously reviewing HR processes and making improvements, ensuring compliance with legislation
* Working closely with the broader HR team, liaising with other internal stakeholders
* Supporting with a variety of employee engagement initiatives
