Role: Hire Controller
Salary: Up To £32,000 PA
Location: Stockport
Schedule: Monday to Friday (full-time)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the hire team, assisting in all aspects of operating a busy hire office.
2. Respond to customer enquiries, managing hires and off-hires.
3. Answer the phone and respond to emails.
4. Help run the bustling hire office.
Key Skills:
1. Well-organised.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong IT/computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (full training on our hire system will be provided).
4. Ability to work as part of a team supporting colleagues.
5. Flexibility in approach, self-motivated to take initiative, eager to learn and develop new skills.
6. Effective administration, organisation, and planning skills, with an eye for detail.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience as a hire controller *essential*
