Our Bodyshop in Swindon are looking for an experienced Bodyshop Administrator to join the team and support the daily function of the front of house team.
This is an administration role with a difference as you will be working with a busy and successful Bodyshop to ensure that all administration is dealt with quickly, efficiently, accurately and proactively.

Job Opportunity
* Invoicing repair orders accurately
* Requesting payments from insurance companies
* Warranty invoicing
* Administration duties associated with the Bodyshop process
* Filing and processing paperwork in line with GDPR
Essential Skills
* Experience of working in an administrative role for at least 2 years or experience of working in the automotive industry in a similar role would be preferred
* Competent level of organization
* Good communication skills
* Reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic
