Position: Apprenticeships Manager
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £36,000-£50,000 + Expenses + Company bonus + Enhanced pension + Life assurance + 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (and Christmas closure)

They have enjoyed over 500% growth since 2021 and are aiming for continued growth, with a goal of having 3000 apprentices on their programmes across the UK.
As a business, they are fully committed to innovation and are continually looking for new and innovative ways to deliver training solutions. They are seeking a passionate and experienced Apprenticeships Manager to lead their dynamic team. You will support the Head of Apprenticeships in delivering high-quality apprenticeship programs.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the Apprenticeship Department, managing a team of Learner Engagement Officers including appraisals, performance management, and KPIs.
2. Ensure learners achieve timely completions, contributing to our commitment to excellence.
3. Analyse performance data, implement strategies for improvement, and lead your team to success.
4. Collaborate with quality and compliance teams to meet ESFA and OFSTED requirements.
5. Support staff development through training and regular feedback, fostering a culture of growth.
Minimum Requirements:
1. 5+ years of experience in educational settings, particularly in apprenticeship delivery.
2. Comprehensive understanding of ESFA and OFSTED regulations.
3. Proven track record of managing teams, achieving learner targets, and enhancing performance.
4. Tech-savvy with experience in LMS/CRM systems, and prioritizes safeguarding in all aspects of work.
5. Willing to travel nationally to support centres and engage with learners.
