The Role - Design Manager

My client are looking to appoint a Design Manager to join their Design team, this can be a Hybrid role between office, home and sites, you will need to live in a commutable distance to their HQ.
You will ideally have 5+ years in cladding/facade and it would be adventurous to have fire remediation experience.

Design involvement of the project from conception to completion
Overseeing design stages, coordinating with architects, fire engineers and other colleagues
Ensuring projects meeting critical deadlines
Technical knowledge -understanding of fire safety regulations, cladding systems, and materials used in envelope cladding
Compliance - ensuring designs comply with relevant standards and regulations
Financial awareness - budget management, cost estimation and value engineering
