Location: Mottisfont Court, Winchester
Salary: Scale 4, £26, # - £28, # per annum pro rata (£13,053.00 - £14,326.50)
Hours: 18.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Closing Date: Sunday 13th April 2025 23:59 hrs
About the role
We are looking for team members who are accurate and have good attention to detail in their work, share good interpersonal skills and maintain a high level of professionalism. Your duties will include:
1. Providing administrative support
2. Creating, updating and maintaining records
3. Researching and providing information/statistics to our stakeholders
4. Developing a thorough understanding of the relevant legislation
5. Liaising with various agencies, HMCTS, CPS and individuals both internally and externally
6. Initiating prosecution procedures.

Essential Qualifications
Educated to QCF Level 2 (3-5 passes) OR work experience deemed to have brought the postholder to a comparable level.
Essential Experience
Experience of working in a busy administrative environment and undertaking complex administrative tasks to a high standard.
