What You'll Do:
* Build Relationships: Forge and nurture strong connections with key national retail accounts.
* Drive Growth: Implement strategic account management to hit and exceed sales targets.
* Market Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends and customer needs to uncover new opportunities.
* Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless product availability and delivery.
* Report & Present: Keep senior management in the loop with insightful sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews.
* Negotiate: Craft contracts and agreements that boost profitability.
What They're Looking For:
* Retail: Proven experience in retail account management, especially in produce or FMCG.
* Communication: Stellar negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Data-driven: Sharp analytical skills to turn market trends into strategies.
Salary:
£50,000pa - £65,000pa
This is a hybrid position. You will be looking at 2-3 days a week in the office maximum.
