Salary: £34,500-£44,850 per annum

Assessment Materials and Logistics (AML) is a new team, and we are looking for someone to help us shape the future of our Print and Logistics activities. We are responsible for ensuring the secure, timely, efficient delivery of all assessment and administration materials required to support our examination customers worldwide. The team's responsibilities encompass the entire workflow, from print ordering to the efficient delivery of logistics activities and prompt resolution of customer queries.
We are looking for a dynamic manager to lead our Print Operations team, ensuring the successful execution of people and processes in alignment with our values and schedules.
About the role
We are seeking a collaborative and responsible colleague to join our team and manage the people and processes involved in delivering exam materials accurately and on time to over 160 countries. You will be responsible for ordering question papers and administrative materials, ensuring our centres receive everything they need to conduct exams smoothly.
This role encompasses a range of tasks and responsibilities. Reporting to Head of Print & Outbound Logistics, you will be:
1. Accountable for all Print ordering processes for CI and OCR
2. Responsible for managing budget-related information
3. Responsible for continuous improvement
4. Providing support to all areas of Print & Outbound Logistics
