We are currently recruiting for AO’s for our client based in Derry/Londonderry. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.
Start date: 18th Sept
Rate of pay: £12.59
Duration: 51 weeks
Hours of work : Full time 37 Hours per week
The contracted hours are 8am – 8pm Monday – Friday and every 4th Saturday on a rota basis. However, at present staff are working various shift patterns between 9.00 – 5.00 Monday to Friday.
No holidays can be accommodated in the first 12 weeks of employment due to the training for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Case Managers for Universal Credit – Working as part of a multidisciplinary case management team responsible for helping claimants to create and maintain their digital account. Telephony duties are also included in the case management role
· Answer calls within agreed timescales, taking personal responsibility to maximise availability for answering calls and delivering an accessible, effective service.
· Work collaboratively towards delivering and promoting resilience and ability to work in a pressurised telephony environment
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers
· Ability to work within and contribute to a team environment
· Ability to work accurately within set deadlines and to achieve targets
· Basic IT skills with an aptitude for learning new systems
· Organised with good time management skills
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
1. five GCSE/GCE passes (at A, B or C) with Maths and English.
( Proof of certs required )
2. Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Proven ability to use own initiative.
