We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (IT) to join us on a 12 month fixed-term contract to drive critical IT change projects within our Customer and Member area. You will play a pivotal role in leading key workstreams, including the development of our new East of England Co-op website, transitioning Member Share Accounts to Oracle NetSuite, and supporting the rebuild and optimisation of MS Dynamics CRM. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to transformative projects within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What you'll be doing
* Lead IT change projects, building strong relationships and managing communication with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
* Develop, own, and maintain project plans, ensuring schedule, scope, and quality are controlled.
* Manage project budgets, resources, and risks, ensuring robust mitigation plans are in place.
* Produce and maintain essential project documentation, including Proposals, Feasibility Studies, Stage Plans, and Closure Reports.
* Track and document project risks, ensuring ownership and mitigation actions are clearly defined.
* Manage changes in project scope, leading impact assessments and documentation of any such changes.
* Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard of quality.
* Maintain focus on delivering quantifiable benefits through technology adoption and exploitation.

* Proven experience in managing multiple IT projects within a matrixed team environment.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities.

* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
