Our client is recruiting a Project Administrator on a 9 month contract. Working for a forward thinking telecoms company, the role is responsible for accurate recording and tracking of all project related information, supporting each portfolio to achieve Service Level Agreements. The role also provides key reports on financial invoicing, capturing monthly forecasting, ensuring invoicing is completed in a timely manner and keeping management up to date. Key responsibilities Ensuring projects are captured on internal reporting system, updating key information. Monitoring and creating reports to allow good visibility of project status Tracking of finance milestones, with updates completed in line with any invoicing or finance changes. Overall tracking and management of monthly invoicing targets, ensuring data is up to date and accurate. Weekly finance requests issued to clients to enable invoicing Downloading and tracking of client POs received Submission of client invoicing through online platform. Tracking client and internal SLAs, ensuring keys dates for projects are captured correctly and baselines are tracked Uploading client documentation to relevant platforms Tracking of build snags, provide weekly updates both internally and externally Candidates will have excellent communication skills, strong IT including Excel and at least 2 years administration/project management experience
