Our client grows a wide range of high quality organic and conventional baby leaf, salads and brassicas on some of the best quality land, supplying into major food manufactures across the UK. Their success and business acumen has made them a highly respected supplier and employer within their sector and they now seek an enthusiastic and experienced Technical Manager to join their team. You will be living and working close to the stunning Suffolk coast with beautiful beaches, quaint villages and countryside only a stone’s throw in any direction. In this role you will take full responsibility for all Technical requirements of their highly successful and innovative business. Ensuring that all products grown and supplied to customers meet quality, safety and legal requirements within commercial and operational constraints. You will have full day-to-day management of the customer technical relationships. You will support/coach/train colleagues within the operations team to uphold necessary standards as required.
