We are seeking a Business Development & Partnerships Manager - CyberFirst & MEGA Hubs to join our professional and dynamic team, playing a key role within our CyberFirst division.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop strategic industry partnerships to support and enhance the scholarship component of the MEGA Hubs.
* Drive and secure industry funding to ensure the sustainability and growth of MEGA Hubs.
* Collaborate across multiple regions to expand the reach and impact of MEGA Hubs initiatives.
* Represent CyberFirst and MEGA Hubs at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the initiatives and attract new partners.
* Identify new business opportunities to expand the reach of CyberFirst and MEGA Hubs, focusing on increasing participation and engagement.
* Cultivate and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment of goals and objectives across all parties.
* Monitor the success of partnerships and measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, making adjustments as necessary. Regularly report on the performance of partnership initiatives and business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Skills and Experience:
Required

* Excellent communication, both written and verbal.

* An understanding of modern and emerging technologies, and the opportunities available in the sector.
