Job Type: Temporary, expected to work full-time hours - 1 academic year Contract starting in September
Job Duties:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 6 students
* Assess and evaluate student progress
* Provide feedback to students and parents on academic performance
* Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall curriculum
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching in a primary school setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong classroom management abilities
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
* PGCE
Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years teaching experience
Knowledge and Skills:
* Thorough understanding of the Year 6 curriculum
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
* Proficiency in using educational technology
Preferred Qualifications:
* Specialist training in teaching Key Stage 2
Working Conditions:
* Temporary position with the possibility of extension
