They are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Health & Safety Coordinator to take a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the highest standards of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment across their operations. This role is essential in championing a safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards. If you're dedicated to making a real impact and fostering continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing QHSE policies and procedures. Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify risks and opportunities for improvement. Support the delivery of monthly training sessions and safety bulletins. Help investigate incidents, near misses, and non-conformances, identifying root causes and coordinating corrective actions. Produce accurate QHSE reports and assist in QHSE Committee meetings. Coordinate weekly Toolbox Talks to promote safety awareness. Manage records for site whereabouts, vehicle checklists, and equipment calibration. Assist in reviewing and conducting Risk Assessments and Method Statements. Maintain compliance with COSHH requirements and safe work instructions. Manage the Training Matrix and arrange mandatory training for staff. Conduct QHSE inductions for new employees and subcontractors. Help maintain certifications, including Constructionline, NICEIC, Achilles, and CHAS. Support emergency preparedness and BMS management activities. Essential Qualifications: NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent). Technical membership of IOSH or equivalent professional body. Environmental Management qualification (e.g., IEMA).
