E-commerce Administrator
* £23,500 per annum
* Cramlington
* 38 hours per week
* Monday to Thursday / 8am – 4:30pm
* Friday / 8am - 2pm
* Potential hybrid WFH option available after first month
A leading furniture manufacturer based in Cramlington is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented administrator to join their team.
You will play a key role in the daily management of online sales channels across multiple categories, providing essential administrative support to the account management team.
Key Tasks:
* Manage and enhance product listings across various sales channels
* Collaborate with digital teams on pricing, inventory and product details
* Monitor and respond to customer feedback and service inquiries
* Analyse sales data to improve profitability with the commercial team
* Upload new products, maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
* Conduct daily product checks and provide trading performance reports
Experience:
* Prior experience in an administrative role is essential
* Good educational background in numeracy, literacy, and ICT
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; specifically Excel
* Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and reliability
* Strong communication skills with a proactive approach
* Self-motivated and enthusiastic about learning new technologies
