You will also play a part in the installation journey as well as well as working closely with the in life support team. You will work with external installations partners as well as internal engineering team to deliver high quality work that enables first time delivery. About you: Experience in a similar position within the telecommunications or network infrastructure industry. Experience in performing aerial span works in the telecommunications field. Experience in performing underground cabling works in a telecommunications network. Experience in performing customer installations. Understanding of broadband network architecture, including design and maintenance requirements with the ability to identify and rectify network faults. Understanding of PIA enablement processes. Experience working to H&S requirements within the industry. Experience in in using systems such as OneServe, Zen Desk, IAuditor, bespoke CMS systems and GIS systems. High level of accuracy and attention to detail Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems, troubleshoot issues, and propose practical solutions.
