Our client is currently seeking a talented and experienced Office Coordinator to join their administrative team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. As a pivotal member of the team, you will provide essential support to our director and contribute to the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and coordinate administrative tasks and office operations, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organising meetings and events.
2. Act as a personal assistant to the director, providing support with correspondence, travel arrangements, and other administrative duties as required.
3. Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.
4. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
5. Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
6. Collaborate with other members of the administrative team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
7. Contribute to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in office management, personal assistant, or coordination roles, preferably within the property or real estate industry.
2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
