Spiro are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join our Operations team. The Project Manager is responsible for leading and successfully managing all post-sale fabrication and warehouse service project orders through the production and fulfilment process to meet or beat estimated cost and quality targets.

What will you do?
1. Provide sales, estimating, and production personnel with property details - have expert property knowledge.
2. Attend PTW and learn all project details and objectives.
3. Check project estimate for accuracy against project details in PTW.
4. Create or manage the creation of change orders as required.
5. Request detailing for project.
6. Lead detailer through detailing process to achieve project objectives.
7. Provide detailer with property information, including TRACE information.
8. Provide detailer with engineering solutions.
9. Provide detailer with purchased item information.
10. Confirm property use through TRACE, adjust reservation as required.
11. Submit rental depot request with accurate parts requirement to depot.
12. Issue control drawings to AM/AE for approval.
13. Identify items for purchase and optimize purchase to meet or beat cost and quality targets.
14. Submit requisition request to procurement, provide information for accurate final purchase.
15. Add/alter purchase request for changes/adds as required.
16. Submit shop paperwork and drawings to appropriate shop contacts.
17. Setup PTP meeting to review all production objects with production.
18. Monitor shop progress and alert production management and sales to concerns.
19. Ensure production personnel are guided to achieve project objectives as they change.
20. Coordinate the receival of all required materials for project objectives.
21. Review and approve quality of produced items.
22. Run cost reports and alert production management of possible cost over-runs.
23. Coordinate graphics production with Sales, to include accurate graphic sizes, outputs, etc.
24. Coordinate outbound shipment with Sales to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
25. Lead detailer to produce accurate setup drawing kit.
26. Provide setup drawing kit to sales and/or ExpoServices as required.
27. Working with Sales or Independently (as required) meet with ExpoServices to download project requirements.
28. Check all shipping documents for shipment accuracy.
29. Provide sales and Expo team with ongoing field support including the production or shipping of additional items.
30. Upload final installation set of drawings to GBMS.
31. Ensure new properties are added to TRACE.
32. Proficient knowledge of TRACE.
33. Proficient knowledge of GBMS.
34. Provide Estimating with property details.
What you’ll need
* Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in Exhibit Construction/Management, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Management, Industrial Design or related fields.
* 2-5 or more years related experience.
* Drafting experience, CAD drafting preferred.
* Thorough knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, word processing and graphics.
* Ability to analyze available information and make sound decisions.
* Ability to monitor, understand, manage, and control project costs and their impacts on project performance.
* Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, PPT).
* Experience using ERP, Work Order, and Inventory Management Systems preferred.
* Ability to understand and read fabrication and installation drawings.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
