As a Retentions Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to retain existing customers by understanding their needs, resolving concerns, and offering tailored solutions. You will play a key role in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring client satisfaction to minimize churn rates. This role will involve using strong communication and problem-solving skills to engage with customers, build rapport, and highlight the benefits of staying with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers who are considering leaving the company to identify and resolve any issues.
2. Provide personalised solutions and offers to retain customers.
3. Communicate effectively via phone, email, and other channels to address customer concerns.
4. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to recommend the best solutions.
5. Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, ensuring a high level of customer service.
6. Achieve individual and team retention targets and contribute to overall business success.
