Location: Dagenham
Salary: £40k-50k depending on experience + 15% Shift Allowance
Working days: Mon-Fri + OT
Responsibilities:
1. Prep product surfaces for painting
2. Mix and match paint colours to perfection
3. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment
4. Keep workspace spick and span
5. Identify and rectify defects promptly
Requirements:
1. City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in experience
2. Proficiency in paint application techniques
3. Knowledge of safety protocols and proper PPE usage
4. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
5. Strong problem-solving skills
