You will protect and develop Royal London’s mutually valued relationships in the UK financial advice market. Delivering sustainable growth through the distribution of our propositions. With a strong customer focus, we will extend our reach into all channels and platforms through which consumers access long term savings and protection products contributing to Distribution team targets About the role • Competently deal with adviser system technical queries • Support salary exchange queries • Triage adviser queries • Completing Group Pension submissions • Preparing demos • Supporting sales campaigns • Training for self-serve advisers in producing illustrations and locating information on our Online Service platform • Take ownership of complaints • Maximise CRM functionality by being the SME for the sales team you support About you • Understanding of the competitive landscape in which Royal London operates • Experience within a Sales Support/ Relationship Consultant role with a demonstratable and successful track record in Financial Services. • Exceptional customer service skills • Ability to translate Sales MI into meaningful data for the adviser • Ability to spot sales opportunities • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders through different channels • Strong time management and organisational abilities, with the capacity to prioritise and multitask effectively About Royal London We’re the UK’s largest mutual life, pensions and investment company, offering protection, long-term savings and asset management products and services.
