We have a current requirement for an administrator to join our Engineered Solutions team based in the Glasgow office on a full time permanent basis. The overall purpose of the role is to support the team in providing an efficient and streamlined service to the business streams with regard to a wide range of administrative tasks. This role has a wide remit which includes input to all administration tasks and is an important support role to the business streams. Effective administrative support is vital to the smooth running of the department and will require excellent communication skills.
Main duties and responsibilities
* You will be responsible for the following key points build and maintain professional relationships with internal parties
* Provide effective administrative support to the business streams as required
* Updating and coordinating maintenance of business stream WGM connect page.
* Manually and Electronically filing; emails, LRF and Business streams
* Producing correspondence and maintaining records on spreadsheets, databases and be able to show this graphically.
* Maintaining the documentation library
* Ensuring all files are complete and stored for audit or Business streams reviews
* Assist with arranging meeting rooms.
* Scheduling appointments as required by key Business streams.
* Producing accurate minutes of team meetings and other key meetings with Business streams.
* Attend to ad hoc requests as required in a timely and polite manner
To be considered for this position you will have at least 1-2 years previous experience within a similar administration level role, you will possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of team.
