LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST
WELLINGBOROUGH (HYBRID)
As Lead Business Analyst you will help us to deliver a full programme for the year which will bring innovation, AI and technology to support the business strategy. Joining a close and stable project team, you will take ownership of workstreams to ensure Salesforce projects deliver the required solutions.
Salary and Benefits
Salary: £65,000-£70,000 per annum DOE.

What you will do
* Work with business stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and requirements.
* Analyse and communicate the end-to-end business impacts of changes across people, processes, systems, and customers.
* Elicit, facilitate, and validate requirements for new and changing business processes, policies, and technologies.
* Produce business requirements, user stories, and process maps, ensuring traceability to project objectives.
* Liaise with Change/IT teams to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements and take account of strategic business needs and direction.
* Work with project managers to create project approaches and plans, and bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
* Liaise with delivery teams to ensure business requirements are understood and implemented, supporting UAT, training, and communication.
* Where project or programmes requires it manage as workstream-lead several Business-Analysts.
What you will bring
* Experience as a Business Analyst for 5+ years across full project lifecycle, ideally within Financial Services.
* Salesforce knowledge and experience.
* Agile delivery methodology experience.
* Experience delivering Operational Design (Business-Processes), process re-engineering and supporting business-change projects.
It would be nice for you to have
* Business Analysis qualification such as ISEB, Lean/Six Sigma.
* Project Management qualification such as Prince2.
