The Role & Responsibilities
Due to an internal promotion, we are currently looking to appoint an Internal Sales Support Executive to join our busy Real Estate team. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual looking for a foot in the door into a Banking environment. As part of the real estate sales desk you will support customers and brokers by ensuring they are serviced quickly and efficiently via telephone, routing calls to the correct underwriter, completions officer or other business area.
You will be responsible for:
* Demonstrating superior customer service during communication with customers and colleagues either by phone, correspondence and/or one-on-one meetings.
* Dealing with basic queries from brokers regarding application status.
* Complying with FCA, KYC, AML & CCA regulations.
* Complying with 1st line controls by following processes, procedures and policies.
* Communicating and escalating potential issues/risks in a prompt and effective manner.
The Person
The successful candidate will be:
* Customer focused and able to demonstrate an excellent telephone manner.
* Computer literate (good knowledge of MS Office suite – Excel, Word).
* Enthusiastic and have a “can do” attitude.
