The Position
You’ll collaborate with those around you and lend a helping hand wherever needed, looking to ensure all financial avenues are working to their full potential.
Process-driven and an excellent communicator, you’ll keep a beady eye across reporting, budgeting and forecasting, by managing accounts, invoicing and payment processes, and working your magic across payroll support, bank reconciliation and financial analysis.
The ability to analyse and interpret financial data is key here, and you’ll definitely be someone who can convey this complex information to stakeholders, making informed recommendations and identifying trends and seeking out opportunities for improvement along the way.
What We’re Looking For
With an analytical brain, a keen eye for detail and technical skills to match, you’re a Finance Assistant/Bookkeeper who brings a high level of accuracy and plenty of interpersonal skills to the table.
We’re after at least 2 years of experience in a finance role, ideally within a creative environment. Knowledge of Xero accounting software is essential here, and any Paprika skills up your sleeve would be a real added bonus too.
