You will work closely with learners to identify their needs, develop tailored support strategies, and ensure they have the resources necessary to succeed. Key Responsibilities: To support students in accessing learning activities as directed by the teacher. To provide 1:1 support including supporting groups of students with learning, behavioural and emotional needs To contribute to the overall work/aims of the Academy To act as a key worker for for individual students with a complex range of needs. The successful candidate will need to be flexible, adaptable and resourceful as well as having high levels of organisation skills. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and participate in any relevant training. The basis of this role is working 37 hours per week (5 days per week) term time, inset days (39 weeks in total) and offering an actual salary of £21,972 - £23,510 (approximately).
