Salary: Up to 48,000k basic
Shift: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)

Overview:
My client, a fleet maintenance company, is looking for an experienced Aftersales Specialist. Your primary responsibilities will be to write service manuals and manage/control the efficient running of the aftersales department, train and develop new staff, and continue to improve customer satisfaction and deliver the highest standards of service. There is also a responsibility to identify opportunities to improve processes.
General duties:
1. Write up service manuals and reports
2. Organise the maintenance required within the depot
3. Plan and allocate work for Technicians based on their expertise and skills and ensure repairs are completed correctly
4. Act in a professional manner to develop ongoing relationships
5. Communicate effectively with all parties
6. Maintain good discipline and organisation for the workshop, ensuring it is clean, tidy and safe, and monitor the workshop team
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Previous experience as an HGV Technician
2. Leadership experience
3. Great hydraulic experience
4. High level of communication and human relations skills
5. HGV Licence (preferred but not essential)
6. Excellent Microsoft experience (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
