* Communicate effectively with customers, keeping them updated on progress and ensuring satisfaction.
Desired Skills & Experience:
1. Experience with networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, etc.) and troubleshooting across various platforms.
2. Familiarity with Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, Huawei, and other network technologies.
