* Salary: £25,410 - £39,300 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Our client is an independent special school in Westbury, providing education for pupils aged 11-16. The Role
As Lead English Teacher, you will:
* Take responsibility for subject leadership, ensuring all pupils develop their knowledge and skills to make strong progress in their learning.
* Work closely with the Head Teacher and Leadership Team to deliver a well-structured curriculum that builds knowledge and skills towards key learning goals.
* Monitor pupil progress effectively, assessing understanding and implementing targeted interventions where necessary.
The Ideal Candidate
* A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS/PGCE preferred, but other recognised teaching qualifications will be considered).
* Experience teaching English to secondary-aged students, ideally in an SEN setting.
* A creative and adaptable approach to delivering the curriculum, using a variety of teaching styles and methodologies.
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, as transportation of pupils may be required.
