Support the IT Service Integration PMO function in providing a comprehensive and professional program and project management service to all appropriate stakeholders and facilitate the successful delivery Service Integration demands and projects.
Deliver ServiceNow related projects within the Service Integration Portfolio.
Interact with functional/business unit stakeholders across product groups to monitor and manage the portfolio that aligns with the overall HE IT PPM business objectives and priorities.
Key Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1. Manage projects using agile and iterative project methodologies and use various project management tools
2. Drive on-time and on-budget delivery of project from Initiate to Close
3. Facilitate internal and supplier meetings
4. Determine communication plans
5. Develop and manage project schedules
6. Manage project budgets and forecasts
7. Identify and manage risks and issues, including escalations
8. Create project status reports
9. Ensure adherence to Hitachi Energy delivery methodology, including project controls
10. Manage project scope and identify need for and develop change orders
11. Measure and report progress of team
12. Manage a team of project managers
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
13. Highly proficient in project methodologies, including project financials, and management principles
14. Broad understanding of the ServiceNow domains
15. Strong written and verbal communication skills
16. Strong relationship, facilitation and conflict-resolution skills
