This is a pivotal role, where you will support the Customer Success team with critical tasks like monitoring platform usage, preparing data reports, and helping build a Knowledge Base of customer resources. Your mission will be to ensure our Customer Success Managers are equipped with the insights, tools, and support they need to deliver the best experience to our customers. You’ll become a key part of the team by preparing client-facing materials, supporting customer training, and providing day-to-day customer support to ensure everything runs smoothly. While this is a supporting role, it offers a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow, and develop your career in Customer Success within a dynamic and innovative environment. You'll work cross-functionally with the Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure our customers have the tools and resources they need to succeed with Wordnerds Skills Profile Required Strong written and verbal communication skills Analytical mindset with attention to detail for preparing reports and insights Ability to manage multiple tasks and support internal teams effectively Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and master new platforms Interest in developing a career in Customer Success/gaining experience at a tech start-up Desired Some prior experience in customer-facing or operational roles, ideally in a fast-paced, tech-oriented environment, is beneficial but not essential. You’ll need strong communication and organisational skills and a willingness to learn. While experience in customer success or data reporting is a plus, we’re open to candidates looking to grow into the role.
