Our commercial client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of IoT and Value-Added Services to lead a high-performing team. This pivotal role will drive the growth of relevant products, ensuring revenue and margin targets are consistently met or exceeded. This role can be based in Guernsey, Jersey or Isle of Man.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing compelling strategies across IoT, Sponsored Roaming, M2M, Authentication, MVNO, SMS, and other wholesale solutions. Reporting to the Chief Wholesale Officer, you will collaborate closely with the executive team to align product development, sales, and customer management with long-term business objectives.

3. Driving acquisition and retention strategies.
4. Cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
5. Ensuring our brand is well-positioned in a competitive market.
6. Influencing decision-makers and identifying opportunities for growth.
7. Maintaining compliance with regulatory and security standards.
8. Regular reporting and reviews of portfolio performance to optimize product strategy and market share.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in IoT and VAS business management, with in-depth knowledge of telecommunications technologies and markets. You will bring strategic vision, sales expertise, and the ability to drive results through collaboration and innovation. This role requires exceptional organisational skills and the ability to represent the organisation at the highest levels.
