Brand Marketer - Surrey (Hybrid) - Salary £35K - 40K (D0E)
This Brand Marketer opportunity would suit an individual with 3-5 years’ experience in a Marketing position. The Brand Marketer will be responsible for all brand marketing and creative content for all channels, including delivering traditional marketing for trade shows and catalogues. This role includes projects work, marketing campaigns and budget management.
The job role and responsibilities can be split into two sections: Trade Marketing and Consumer & Product Marketing.
Trade Marketing Responsibilities:
* Execute the company's trade show strategy, providing support to the sales team when needed.
* Project manage the development and execution of the trade catalogue, along with three annual flyers/catalogue supplements and price lists.
* Collaborate with the Sales Team on B2B marketing strategies and implement relevant communications.
* Oversee the POS and loyalty program, driving new business initiatives as required.
Consumer and Product Marketing:
* Work closely with the Brand, Sales, and E-commerce teams to execute product launch strategies across all platforms, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic vision and involving all stakeholders.
* Write product descriptions and content for various platforms, including blogs and e-newsletters.
* Create and schedule consumer newsletters via Mailchimp, with input from the e-commerce team.
* Organize and deliver consumer events.
* Manage the production of consumer leaflets and mid-year promotional flyers.
* Lead PR product launches and brand-building PR campaigns, coordinating with internal and external teams to meet KPIs and sales objectives.
* Oversee video and photography shoots, handling everything from event management to brief writing and editing.
* Manage the social media strategy, including briefing third-party suppliers and freelancers, and producing in-house content. Monitor and analyze the performance of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube channels.
Required Experience:
* A minimum of three years’ experience in a Marketing role
* An outstanding communicator, innovator and collaborator - someone who understands the importance of collaborative relationships and cross-functional working to drive the business forward
* Experience of developing a social media strategy
* Experience of copy writing
* An interest in creative design, experience using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite experience is desirable.
