Position: Full Time Teaching Assistant LOCAL TO KINGSTON APPLICANTS ONLY
Type: Full-time
Salary: £85.00 - £95.00 per day
Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate to work within a dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the development and education of children, working closely with the class teacher and other staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.
* Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
* Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
* Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff to enhance the learning experience.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and safeguarding procedures.
* Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom organization.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in education preferable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A patient, caring, and enthusiastic attitude.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
* Fun, good sense of humour.
* Speak fluent English and have solid reading/writing skills.
