About the Role
As an experienced Real Estate solicitor, you will bring your expertise and leadership to the firm's growing Real Estate team. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across various disciplines, including Dispute Resolution, Property Litigation, Corporate, Employment, Intellectual Property, and Data Protection, providing comprehensive legal services to clients. Your key responsibilities will include advising clients on complex real estate matters, managing a varied caseload, and playing an integral role in the continued growth and development of the Somerset office.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be a Real Estate Partner or Senior Associate with 8 to 10 years' PQE or more, bringing specialist expertise in one or more of the following areas:
1. Commercial lettings
2. Property development
3. Rural property

You will have exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and work collaboratively within a team. The ability to enhance the client experience through the delivery of outstanding service will be key to your success in this role.
