Role: Registered Manager
Location: Oldham
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum + Bonuses up to £5,000

Leader Health and Social Care have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated OFSTED Registered Manager to lead a brand-new, 3-bed home for children with learning disabilities. About the Role:
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of a new children's home. With a strong Responsible Individual (RI) already in place and all necessary documentation prepared, the home is ready for immediate OFSTED registration. Your role will include:
* Leading and developing a team of care staff to provide high-quality care tailored to the individual needs of each child.
* Ensuring compliance with OFSTED regulations and maintaining high standards of care.
* Overseeing the day-to-day management of the home, including budgeting, staffing, and care planning.
* Building positive relationships with children, families, and external agencies.
* Driving continuous improvement and ensuring the home meets and exceeds regulatory standards.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children's residential setting.
* Strong knowledge of OFSTED regulations and a track record of successful inspections.
* Experience working with children with learning disabilities.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
* Commitment to providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children.
