Overview of what you will be doing
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Piping Engineer to join our team in Runcorn. As a Senior Piping Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, analysis, and implementation of piping systems for a range of projects. From concept through to completion, you will utilize your expertise to deliver solutions that meet technical specifications, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and engineering of piping systems, including layout, routing, and material selection, in accordance with industry standards and project requirements.
* Conduct detailed analysis and calculations to ensure the structural integrity, performance, and safety of piping systems.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including process engineers, mechanical engineers, and designers, to develop comprehensive solutions that integrate seamlessly with overall project objectives.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers, fostering their professional development and growth.
* Participate in project meetings, reviews, and discussions, offering insights and recommendations to optimize design efficiency and performance.
* Liaise with clients, vendors, and contractors to address technical inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project specifications and deliverables.
What you will bring to Engenda
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in piping engineering, with a focus on design, analysis, and implementation of piping systems for industrial projects.
* Proven ability to lead and manage complex piping projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
