Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7 (predominately Monday-Friday, day time hours)

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Co-Pack Manager to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
1. Manage the customer relationship and oversee the day-to-day running of the Co-Pack department, to support the operations in line with daily workloads.
2. Update daily resource planning for the next shift, based on the latest volume and volume profile information and regularly monitor production levels to achieve correct headcounts for hitting targets.
3. Co-pack planning and fulfillment management.
4. Foster strong working relationships between all teams internal and external to ensure both operational and customer KPIs/contractual obligations are managed and met in line with agreed commercials/budgets.
5. Ensure Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) of operational processes are up to date, available at relevant places for employees, and that employees are working according to the established standards, via OMS FC Confirmation.
6. Conduct data analysis for the Operations/General Manager and direct customer upon request.
7. Track the quality lifecycle of the SKUs which are due to be planned.
8. Participate in any senior leadership meetings including daily update meetings whereby the co-pack plan influences other departments within the warehouse/on-site and ensure communication is clear to other departments.
9. Conduct Standard Confirmation for Safety via BBS (Behavior Based Safety) and track how many BBS each Frontline Leadership has completed.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

1. Previous experience within a Warehouse/Transport operation is essential.
2. Experience working within a Co-Pack or similar environment is preferred.
3. Strong customer/stakeholder management and a high level of professionalism acting as the face of DHL.
4. Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
5. Resilient and versatile - willing to learn new skills and ways of working to develop and progress in the role.
6. Exposure to resource, production, and budget planning.
7. HACCP certification (desirable).
