The Brasserie serves an all-day menu combining British and Mediterranean cuisine. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Monday to Sunday.
Responsibilities:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Ability to quickly learn new recipes
* Learn new cooking methods
* Ability to problem solve
* Able to work with fresh ingredients
* Cook and prepare various cuisines and willing to learn new recipes
